The Board of the CBIV Legacy for Life Foundation

Cecil W. Bond IV grew up in and was very active with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Newark, Delaware. It was there that he developed his skills in basketball and played on several AAU basketball teams both at home and in competition. He also played basketball for 4 years at the Varsity level at the Appoquinimink High School in Middletown, Delaware.

He was well loved and respected by his friends and peers he established at the Boys and Girls Club , as well as, in his community. Cecil’s death had a major impact on many, many people young and old, but especially the youth who committed to changing their lives in a positive way during his “Homegoing Service”.

His legacy will be cherished for life through the “Foundation” established in his name.
